Name: The name of your Zanpakuto. Japanese is used, generally, for this section by rule of the actual series; online dictionaries aren't hard to find if you don't have something already in mind. Might tie into the powers, might not, doesn't really matter.
Description: What the sealed state of your Zanpakuto looks like- how it appears when it is not in Shikai or Bankai. While these are generally just basic blades and such, things like daggers, axes, etc. are not entirely uncommon.
Zanpakuto Spirit:

(*A Zanpakuto spirit is the manifestation of your Zanpakuto inside of another being; it is LITERALLY the spirit of your Zanpakuto. Their name is, obviously, then, the same as your Zanpakuto's. You need to be able to enter your Inner World, the space inside of your soul where your Zanpakuto Spirit resides, to see and talk to them to be able to unlock your Shikai. The same is true for your Bankai, where you have to be able to materialize the Spirit into the real world and generally fight with them; or some other test.)
Personality: What does your Zanpakuto Spirit act like? What are its quirks? Spirits normally serve as either mirrors or foil for their owner; personalities that are either incredibly alike, especially the negative qualities, or a complete opposite. At least 50 words.

Inner World: What does it look like? For reference the protagonist of the source series, Ichigo, had an Inner World that had nothing but Skyscrapers; even sideways and upside down ones. Inner Worlds do not need to follow logic or reason.

Release Command: What do you say to release your Zanpakuto into its Shikai state? This is followed directly by the name of your Zanpakuto. Examples include "Roar, Zabimaru", "Scream, Benihime", "Scatter, Senbonzakura" and etc. Release Commands are usually only one to three words but there have been at least two instances of a Zanpakuto being released with a poem.

Physical Zanpakuto are ones that focus, even after release, on using the changed weapon to fight. While they might have a special ability like Ichigo's Getsuga Tenshou, they still focus primarily on attacking with the blade. Physical Zanpakuto examples include such things as Ikkaku Madarame's Hozukimaru, Renji Abarai's Zabimaru, Kenpachi Zaraki's Nozarashi and even Shikai like Byakuya Kuchiki's Senbonzakura and Rangiku Matsumoto's Haineko. (Where the blade is still used, it just takes ultimately a different form and is applied in combat differently.)
Kido-type Zanpakuto focus mainly on special abilities or one determining ability. While the sword can obviously still be used it generally is not and the ability becomes the central theme. Kido-type Zanpakuto examples include Yumichika Ayasegawa's Rui'iro Kujaku, Sosuke Aizen's Kyouka Suigetsu, Kisuke Urahara's Benihime and Joushiro Ukitake's Sogyo-no-kotowari.
Elemental Zanpakuto speaks for itself; Zanpakuto focusing mainly on a special ability that relies entirely on a basic fantasy element, such as Fire, Ice, Lightning, etc. This could be considered a subset of Kido-type Zanpakuto. Elemental Zanpakuto examples include Toshiro Hitsugaya's Hyourinmaru, Shigekuni Yamamoto's Ryujin Jakka, Rukia Kuchiki's Sode-no-shirayuki and Kaien Shiba's Nejibana.
Other Zanpakuto is exactly how it sounds; Zanpakuto that combine or defy the other Types and have nowhere else to be lumped into. These are generally the more complex or confusing Zanpakuto, or simply ones that have varying abilities. 'Other' Zanpakuto examples could be applied to, most notably, Shunsui Kyoraku's Katon Kyoukotsu and Retsu Unohana's Minazuki.
Description: Nothing the appearance changes of your Zanpakuto once it enters Shikai. The blade normally always changes into a new one, generally even more fanciful things like chain scythes and three-part spears. Name: The name of your Bankai is, usually, another word or two tacked onto your Shikai name to make it sound even cooler and badass. (/Tensa/ Zanngetsu, /Konjiki/ Ashisoji Jizo, Senbonzakura /Kageyoshi/.) However there are some occurrences where the name completely changes, such as Yamato's Ryujin Jakka changing into Zanka no Tachi upon release.
Description: The power of Bankai is described as defying the laws of... well, everything that we've come to know. The sword normally completely disappears or turns into something definitely-not-a-sword, though there are a few times when it doesn't change at all. Bankai can affect the area where the fight is, as when Kaname Tosen's makes a giant pitch-black tent around him and his opponents, and the appearance of the Shinigami using it, like when Hitsugaya Toshiro gets ice dragon wings, claws and tail upon activating his Bankai. You need to shove as many details as you can in here, especially as Bankai cannot be grouped into general types like Shikai. You might want to also explain the theme of powers here.
